The apartments were nicely decorated and well equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The location was ideal, within walking distance of all the major attractions in the city.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my experience. the placement of the light switch in the master bedroom was inconvenient, making it difficult to turn off before going to sleep.

The location was amazing, right next to the main train station, Myslíkova 22, Charles Bridge, and the Old Town Square. the room was quiet with a great view and lovely decor. It was very convenient to have an electric kettle, refrigerator, and oven available in the room.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. This venue is located in the city center, which was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the area. The staff at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a welcome drink and information about tours/ticket assistance. The room was equipped with all the amenities we needed like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. We were pleasantly surprised to find a fully-equipped kitchen area with a dining table, allowing us to cook our meals whenever we wanted to. In addition to this, we had free wi-fi in our room, which was great. We also appreciated the staff providing us with free toiletries, a washing machine and dryer, and all the necessary cookware/ kitchen utensils. The room was cleaned daily by the excellent housekeeping service, ensuring everything was always clean and tidy.

Families will enjoy their stay in this hotel as it provided us with all the amenities we needed.
